Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically occurs within:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 days
• Remote Locations: 5–9 days

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 may include a small delivery fee based on location.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in select regions. Extra COD fee may apply based on courier partner charges.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, a tracking link is shared via Email + WhatsApp. You may also track your order in the My Orders section.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, our support team will assist immediately. Lost shipments are fully protected and eligible for a full refund or replacement.

7. Incorrect Address

If the address provided is incorrect, the courier may return the package. In such cases, we will attempt redelivery but additional shipping charges may apply.

8. International Shipping

Currently, AHVAN ships only within India. International deliveries will be added soon.
